As Logistic Customer Service Operator you are responsible for all Logistic Customer Service (operational role). Your focus will be on the complete supply chain process from A to Z. Providing excellent Customer Service and help solving any difficulties.

Sales:
• Have regularly meetings with (protentional) customers;
• Find Sales leads;
• Assist in contract negotiations between Principal and customer;
• Creating and sending out offerings;
• Create contracts.

Operational
• Operational, and administrative handling of all shipments which are related to all import discharged containers;
• Receiving and processing of customer instructions, original b/l’s and collecting charges for releasing purposes;
• Checking rates and contracts and processing disputes;
• Responsible to for processing manifested costs and provide invoices and release of cargo;
• Apply for a Change of Destination and Handle Switch bl’s;
• Handle disputes. If need collect relevant data / costs for manager to decide.

Customer Service
• Providing cargo information towards customers about inbound stream and provide other services when applicable. (trucking / Custom formalities / handling special cargo);
• Daily contact with Coscon load ports, European agents, container terminals and Customers;
• Asking for B/L instructions to customers;
• Making sure all draft bl’s are send on time to the customers, within 8 hrs after receiving the SI from customer.

Wat breng je mee:

• HBO degree of comparable with experience;
•   Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position. Experienced ins MS Office (Word/Excel);
• Experienced with CRM systems;
• Integrity (being able to work with confidential information);
• Fluent in both Chinese and English, Dutch is a pre (spoken);
• Very good social and communicational skills;
• Customer and service-oriented attitude;
• Accurate Service- and commercial minded. Being able to work independently;
• Representative personality with a friendly, positive nature.
